"Goodmorning," you said
With a smile on your face
I wasn?t sure what to say
For the morning it was
But 'good' was certainly not the case.

Yet, I started the day
With your smile in my mind
And I did... what I couldn?t ever
And I found... what was impossible to find

When I was back in my room
The mirror was amazed for a while
For I wasn?t the same one
Who left in the morning

I was wearing your smile
Yes, your smile it was
Which made my day
"I love you, little girl"
What else can I say?
