Pachyderms are Made of Rubber
"pachyderms
have
no
feelings"
said the man to himself as he raised up the belt
and beat himself to a red swollen... felt
the sting of reprisal for his own survival
caught up in feelings, anger rivals
that of his disgust running amuck
revenge is no moral imperative, chuck.
why did she betray him? Hope sucked
away, left to die on the steps of a chapel;
he saw, too late, feelings never lie,
and
this
pachyderm
started
to
cry.
