A Prince is Forever

In a placeonly you and I know
At a time only you and I shared
Underneath our colorful rainbow
We made love like we never dared

And when I made love to your eyes
And then made love to your heart
It came to me as no surprise
That from you I would never part

That is why, after all these years,
We are still hand in hand
Regardless of all the tears
And the times we did not understand

You see, my love, a prince is forever
He leaves his princess never
He is always there and he always cares
And their hearts are always together
