What Is Love?

Love is abird in the air,
A song in the breeze.
A friend among strangers,
A cure to a disease.

A cute furry puppy,
All rolled in a ball.
A five year old boy,
Making himself look tall.

Love is an emotion,
Something you can embrace.
Love is a hand,
Slapping you in the face.

Taking you back to reality,
Your feet on the ground.
A thousand hearts breaking,
Without making a sound.
