Everything is You

When I look at you, I see through your eyes
Cool, still waters in light shade of blue.
As you speak, I am taken by surprise.
The scenes in your eyes change, and as they do,
You tell me harsh things and look down on me,
Although you know I'm obsessed with you.
You know what I think, you know what I see,
And with this knowledge, just your ego grew.
You didn't care that I loved you so much.
You didn't care if you hurt me at all.
I was just THERE. I acted like your crutch.
It was not about me. YOU were it all.
You turned away, but even then you knew.
You know now how I cared about you.
