To the North Star...

To theNorth Star, the brightest star,
I send a wish from deep within my heart.
Please let me see my love another time,
so we can hold each other with our arms entwined.
Let his luscious lips, that taste like the fruit of a vine,
let his luscious lips caress mine.
Let our love grow stronger
as the days grow longer.
Please send a message to the heavens above,
and tell them how much I miss my love.
Tell them what I would do or give to see him,
hold him, and know that he is only mine,
and I'm his one and only.
To the North Star, the brightest star,
please don't forget the wish I send from deep within my heart.
I know that millions of people send wishes your way.
I know that you grant them one by one,
but please send my wish my way,
so that I might see him another day.
