True Ghost Experiences
Food Throwing Ghost
Before I tell youthis story, might as well tell you a little about me. I havelived in the same house for 15 years (actually, I could have saidall my life but... Well, It makes me sound very old) and nothingreally strange ever happened until now.
In August (1996) my dad, sister, and I went to my grandma's house.Because I had just gotten my permit some time before, I wanted tolearn how to drive, and my dad took me on some back roads sothere wouldn't be as much traffic to deal with. After a littlewhile the car started to overheat so we pulled off to the side ofthe road to wait. Well, It just so happens that we were onlyabout a quarter mile from the little old cemetery that my dad'sgrandma is buried at. I love to go into cemeteries and see whatthe oldest gravestone is, so I convinced my dad to let us go.Well, it was getting late and the car was probably at it's normaltemperature again, so we made the short little walk back to thecar. Nothing happened that time, and we decided to go againlater, this time taking a tape recorder (we've known people whohave picked up some "ghosts" with a tape recorder) anda camera to try to capture some "ghosts". Now, my dadis really into treasure hunting, and he especially likes findingold bottles (you know, the ones with blue glass) and there weretons of them there (that is mainly why we went back). My sisterand I REALLY, REALLY wanted to see a ghost, and we were walkingaround thinking "We're going to see a ghost! We're going tosee a ghost!" Unfortunately, we didn't see anything, nor didwe record a ghost or take a picture of one. I totally forgot thatuntil a week ago.
Last week, I happened to be loaded down with homework and satdown to do it. After a while I found myself staring off at thewall. Then, all of a sudden, something that looked like a drop ofwater materialized right in front of me and dropped on my leg. Ilooked at my leg and there wasn't any water, just a bunch ofscratches that weren't there a minute before. It even felt as ifwater was still dripping on my leg. Later, I was making mashedpotatoes for dinner and I turned around to do something with themicrowave and a big glob of potatoes flew at me and landed on themicrowave door! Every one else was asleep, so no one was anywherearound the kitchen I and I was scared to death! Those aren't theonly things that have been happening. Locked doors have beenflying open and footsteps have been heard in the attic, just toname a few.
