Video Store

A few weeks ago, myfather officially rented an old video store, and in it's placebuilt his own business there. This building is somewhat old, butno older than the 1980's. It has not been used for anything but avideo store until recently when we got it.

It is somewhat small ; upon entry, you see to your right a smallroom, in front of you, a counter, a hallway of shelves, and asmall room [that is our office]. To the left is a wide open spacewith a small room in the back and a bathroom/storage room builtin the middle. There is also a storage room outside.

When we first moved in, I thought it was nice. It was big androomy. But my feelings changed upon entering the bathroom. Thebathroom is really two rooms joined: a small room with a bigshelf on the wall and the bathroom is across from that.

I entered the bathroom. It was completely dark, and I'm notafraid of the dark by the way. I suddenly got this bad feeling; amix of emotions. I felt sad and oppressed and hurt and afraid andangry all at the same time. The hairs stood up on my neck andarms, I felt some static [which I know is sometimes a sign ofspirit activity]. I flipped on the lights, and some of thefeelings left. I just had this feeling of pure evil in the room.There was this heavy, dark feeling looming in the room. Everytime I turned around or looked somewhere else, I expected to seesomething or somebody staring at me. I got out of the bathroomimmediatly. It's been six weeks, and the dark feeling has grownless oppressive. But it's still there, a little. I fear going inwith the lights off.

I believe that I may have an explanation for the feelings. Theroom has a lock, and there was a special key for it. It isbelieved that the previous owner kept adult movies in this room.Now I have never heard of pornography movies giving off badenergy, but we also have a feeling that some of the videos maynot have been "commercially bought", in other words,possibly made at somebody's home and given to him to use. Lots offear and darkness is in this room. I get the chills going into it.In the bathroom, there are words "carved" into thewalls. From what I can see, the words are "Du has" andI can't make out what else is there. Also, believe it or not, theword "Help" is carved above the lightswitch.

There have been other strange occurances. The front doors areheavy, REALLY heavy glass doors. You have to literally push toget through them. Well, I heard one slam and looked up to see itopen a little more and slam again. The bells over the door rangtwice. I jumped up and went around the store, looking to see whohad come in. Sometimes kids come in and get away before you seethem. I thought maybe it was the wind. The only thing was therewere no cars anywhere near the building, no children anywhere,and no wind. I was alone at the time.

Also, another worker would back me up that we both heardsomething heavy crash to the floor. We work with heavy stuff, andwe had a bunch of boxes laying around. We thought a box hadtoppled. Nothing. THere was nothing on the floors, nothing thatmade the noise. I thought maybe it was in the bathroom or thestorage room, both of which share a wall next to where the soundoccured; both were completely empty. Since then I have only heardtwo other things fall that did not.

I want to take our infared video camera up there and film a bit,see what there is. I have not gotten the chance yet, but I havethis strange feeling like it's dangerous to be in there alone. Isometimes feel a tightening on my chest, energy changes in theroom [there's lots of static in the bathroom and the room that'sright outside the bathroom]. I will admit that we work withobjects that attract and sometimes create lots of energy, heat,and static changes and charges, but this is just a different kindof static and energy, I think. It feels different, and it scaresme.
