Little Girls
I was just thinkingthat I had to tell you all this...thing...that had happened tome, and see what kind of reactions I get. It's a long one, andI'm sorry-I just had to get it out.
Last year, something happened to me that I'd never forget-it wasthe first time I had actually seen a ghost (ghosts?), and it wasfreaky.
My mother and I are really close, so we like to hang out andwatch movies and stuff in the evening. One night, I was lying onthe floor in front of the TV (which is at the foot of her bed andnext to a window) watching some bad movie. My mom had alreadyfallen asleep. About a half hour later, I had fallen asleep onthe floor. When this happens (me falling asleep w/ the TV on) mymom will wake up halfway and hit the power button on the remoteto turn the TV off. Anyhow, I woke up from a crick in my neck. Myglasses were still on, so I could see pretty clearly, but I wasstill groggy. Standing in front of me were 2 little girls. theywere between me and the TV. They were blond, had straight hair, were wearing some sort of old-fashioned sailor-type day dresses w/bigbows, and they were holding hands. They looked about 10 and 8years old. For some odd reason, I thought it was my cousins, whowere also about 10 and 8. (My cousins like to spend the night alot) BUT, my cousins have black and brown hair, not to mentionthat they're ethnic looking. I guess my sleep-drugged mind didn'tregister the fact that there was no way it could have been them, especially since they weren't there that night. I called out mycousin's names and the girls started to laugh. I couldn't hearthem laughing out loud-it was in my head. Then I noticed that Icould see the TV set through them and I started to freak. I wasgetting nasty vibes, but I wasn't really sure if it was from thefact that I saw the girls or if they were malevolant. I jumpedup, ran into my mom's bed, and lay there huddling the entirenight.
A month later, I was telling my younger brother about some dreamI had, when I mentioned the little girls I had seen. I wasjustifying it by saying that it must have been the moonlight. Assoon as I described them, he got this panicked look on his face, and finished the description accurately. He said that he had beenlaying on the foot of my mom's bed the week before and had beenwatching something on Comedy Central. He was wide awake. He heardsomething from the door and he glanced over. Standing in thedoorway were the same 2 little girls. He said he did a doubletake, and he saw them both times. BUT, when he looked a 3rd time, they were gone. He thought he was imagining it until I told himwhat I had seen. Needless to say, we were both freaked out. However, we're the only 2 in a family of 4 to see them. So wedon't know exactly what we'd seen. All we know is that we haven'tseen them since. A friend of mine says that they may be wanderingaround outside, and that when it gets cold they come in. Is thereany fact to this? I did see them around december, because I knowit happened during Christmas vacation. ( the bad movie I waswatching was A very brady christmas that the local station wasrunning). Is she right, or was I hallucinating? Any and allfeedback is appreciated! :)
