Ghost Stories
Bald Man
When I first cameto college I started hanging round with the second year crowds. They had a tonn of spooky stories to tell and me being the newone they decided to tell me, you know, in the dead of night wheneveryone else in the building was asleep.(corny, i know but itgets better)It turns out the building we all live in was aEdwardian mental hospital. There were stories flying at me aboutall the pregnant teenagers that died in childbirth and thementaly handicaped that were keeped out of sight, all of thempretty cool but thats not what im telling ya, this is the trueghost story.
When all the hypeof the fresher term had died down so had the ghost fanatics. oneguy I knew still held fast that the place was haunted, so itturned out,as I found, it was.
One night, quitelate in the year around March,I had a visitor.
It was a promotionnight at college for a local beer. drinks were going for free butas my luck has it I had the mother of all headaches.I was on myown in that awfull old building.
I was asleep in myroom in pitch blackness feeling real bad when all of a sudden iwoke up as i felt as if someone had sat on my legs, turning roundi saw somthing i will never forget A man , a fat man with ashaved head was sitting on my bed staring right at me, I jumpedonto my hunches in shock, "what the f***k!" and for amillisecond we stared at each other then it was gone. i satfrozen in shock. then calmley went to the door, unlocked it andwent to my friends roo up the hall. I told her, she didnt beliveme because i was so calm, it wasnt till i started to discribe himthat i got scared, i ended up on her floor that night. The manhad a babyface almost and even though it was dark i could see thescraches allong his forhead where he had had his head shaved.
I forgot all aboutit up till now. when the janitor gave me somthing he tought iwould be interested in. It was a newspaper clipping, turns outthe whole place was exorcised 10 years ago. The place has onlybeen halls of residence since 1995 Lets put it this way....Ichanged halls.
