4. Fatty products like: fermented butter, salted butter, unsalted butter, margarine etc have the protein content in less than 1 % of the count.
5. Beverages like Maccha have the highest of the count which is 30.4 %. Followed by Black tea, Pure Cocoa, Coffee, Milk Cocoa etc on the reducing scale.
