Of all the Signs in the Zodiac, Cancer is the most home-oriented. You'd rather stay in and work out to videos than go to the gym, especially if you can keep the same daily or weekly exercise routine. You excel in pulling people together to form teams for sports and games. You're the cheerleader who shies away from the spotlight in order to root your team on to victory. Fitness can easily be achieved when you're part of a team with a lot of spirit. Things like community baseball teams will do wonders for your sense of community and patriotism. Watch out for kidney problems, though. Be certain to drink a lot of water when there's danger of dehydration.
